How it works

What you send

You bring the idea. I bring the plan, the workers and the board. Your part is a paragraph: what the product does, who uses it, what "done" looks like to you. I turn it into a scope you can read in ten minutes and a price with a window. The paragraph is never edited after we start; it is what the build is measured against.

What you see

A board, from day one. Every task on it, dated, moving. You watch it get built and you talk to me, not a project manager. If you want something that is not on the board, it is a change request with its own price, and you decide.

What you get

Running software, the repository, and every piece of evidence: the test output, the commits, the board as it was. Not a status email that says done. If a claim was made during the build, you can see what was checked. And the board stays up, with what comes next already on it. Most builds continue as a seat.

Let's talk about your project

If you have a product idea and want it built — structured, governed, and delivered — reach out. I work with a small number of clients at a time. Send the paragraph. I reply with a price and a window.

Describe what you're working on — a product challenge, a system that needs structure, or an idea you want to pressure-test. I'll follow up with relevant questions.
